Shipping Policy
General Information
Once you placed an order with us and the funds for the purchased item have cleared, we will do our best to ship the item(s) out immediately. We ship worldwide and all our items are insured for their full value.
Means of Shipping
Small to midsize items will be shipped via UPS/FedEx and leave the gallery within 1 business day after payment has been received. Deliveries within the United States usually take 3-5 business days. Large or fragile pieces that require White Glove Transport will generally be picked up by the Moving Specialists within 3-5 business days. Delivery within the United States takes about 10 business days depending on your location. Any necessary crating to ensure safe passage, will require additional time and we will coordinate this process with the White Glove Company for you.
International shipping
We do ship worldwide. Please contact us directly for shipping prices & handling times and we will provide you with a respective quote. Please be aware, that any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods are your responsibility. We do not collect any of these fees beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because these costs are specific to each country. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
Leadtime
Some items such as custom pieces or modifications to the item you purchased, require a specific lead time. The lead time will be noted in the item description. In case there is a lead time for your item, we will contact you directly to coordinate the exact shipping date. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, or you would like to customize your shipping method such as arrange overnight shipping, express shipping, storage, or if you would like to arrange your own shipping, please contact us directly.
Signature Requirement
All items with a value of more than $500 are shipped signature required. Please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.
